How to turn more of your Business-to-Business Website Visitors into Buyers

Do You Ever Use a Freelance Copywriter...or are You Writing Your Marketing Content Internally?

Your website should be engaging and compelling…

Today many B2B and other businesses really struggle to produce content that engages and compels customers to buy their products and services. This is where a good b2b or direct response copywriter will pay handsomely.

On this website, you will find lots of tips to help your business stand out from the crowd and create more sales and leads for you.

On my samples page, you will find dozens of useful articles to get your business on steroids.

By following a few simple steps, you can convert your website into a goldmine.

Your website will be the place to go to…a place that attracts more prospects and converts them to loyal buyers. If this is something you may be interested in you will find a lot of free content here to increase your cash flow significantly.

Here's a great example, the most important thing your visitors are looking for is content related to product or service.

First of all, you need to focus on one thing at a time. Your content needs to be…

  • On the subject, keep a laser beam focus on your product or service.
  • Compelling.
  • Engaging.
  • In your own voice. What do I mean by that? You need to write it the same way you talk (but no bad language). Write your content as though you were talking to a friend, explaining to him your product or service. If you pretend to be someone else it will be noticed in your words and you risk your prospect leaving your site.

Your page should include a big promise…

  • List what is in it for them…the buyer.
  • What it can do for THEM.
  • Proof that it does what it says…testimonials and qualified expert opinion.

Your website needs to be SEO friendly…so as your customers can find you...

  • The right keywords in the right places.
  • Content needs to stay on subject.
  • Optimized source code…needs to contain keywords from your page.
  • ‘Title’ will include your primary service and needs to be less than 59 characters ideally. Title and description are critical as Google is now waging war on duplicate content. Google will now penalize these sites, so original, unique content, title and description are vital.
  • ‘Description’ will briefly describe what page is about and needs to be 150 characters or less.
  • Keywords…only words that describe your product or service. Ideally 250 characters or less.

Your keywords need to be the words that potential clients would type in to find your product or service. The more people search for these words, the higher your site will rank.

Google will penalize you if…

  • You go off topic.
  • Your content does not read well.
  • Stuffed with keywords.
  • Not mobile friendly.

Furthermore, you need to show your customer how to buy…

I know, you would think that the potential buyer would just go and click on the buy button. Although some will, most will not.

You need to lead your visitor by the hand and show her how to buy. Your buy button should have more than ‘click here’.

Putting it all together…

Next, you need to pay a trained B2B or direct response copywriter/content marketer to put all of this together for you. Now you will only get what you pay for here. You can pick up a writer for $5.00 a page or $500 per page.

The best writers to get you results are AWAI-trained. These copywriters have gone through intense training and are up with the latest marketing methods that work.

In addition, they know how to engage your audience with compelling content leading them to buy repeatedly from you.

I myself am an AWAI-trained b2b, b2c, and direct response copywriter with up to date methods to drive targeted customers to your site.

Do you see the value here?

Opt-in list and newsletter…

Moreover, to keep these customers/clients for repeat purchases, it is a great idea to have an opt-in list. This can be a simple monthly newsletter. Also, an interesting blog can be a benefit.

To encourage potential customers to sign up you could have a free product like ‘free tips’ or something along those lines. Once again, a direct response copywriter can achieve this for you.

“I met John recently and heard his passion for being the best copywriter possible and how he has used it effectively for clients and his own businesses.

He reviewed two of my fliers, the improvement is amazing, and I am confident they will bring the results aimed for. He did this by listening to me talk about my business, philosophies, audience and goals.

Definitely recommend you talk to John if you are trying to improve your marketing collateral including websites.”

"I was looking for someone to do the copy and marketing for my new website and that's how I met John.

He explained to me how exactly what he was going to do in a very professional manner. He also pretty much redesigned my website to suit his marketing strategy.

I was very impressed how professional everything was handled by John.

I will not hesitate to recommend John to anyone because I believe people like him are very hard to find. Thank you for a job well done and keep up the good work ".
